KNIFE VIGILANTE VIDEO

This is a realistic self-defense system that I use everyday.
That's right everyday, and YOU will use it everyday too, even if you don't get attacked.

Use it everyday and never be caught off guard again! This system uses the king of close quarters, the knife and it even works with a pen. This video will change your life.

This is not a knife combat video, this is strictly self-defense, we don't rely on you getting an advantage by making the first move. Striking first will actually put you in a legal disadvantage. A knife fighter maybe proficient in combat, but if they are not ready it won't matter, and it's often difficult on the street to get ready when you don't know when the fight is going to happen or if there will even be a fight at all!

If you travel a lot, walk daily where there are hoodlums around, or if your just plain and simple serious about self-defense this is the video for you.

If you have training in other martial art styles this system can easily be incorporated to your arsenal.

VIOLENCE FACTORY

To be honest, I felt disturbed during the making of this video.
Not because there is a graphic display of what these moves can do, or because I go into a serial killer mode while demonstrating on a partner.

In fact I chose not to candy coat it by doing those things. I just focus on what the title implies.

Like a factory it manufactures, and makes anyone that practices this stuff into a Violent killing Machine.
With this video you won't need any partners, a gym or any fancy equipment.

Welcome to "Assaulting A Person With A Knife" 101.

Course Curriculum
-You sneak up on a person for a kill (prerequisite)
-Even your stance alone can kill
-Kill them with speed
-Kill them with the worst gashes
-Kill them even if they try to grab and defend

Realistic Training

Sure you can train in everyday clothes, practice illegal in sport techniques but these small differences are just chump change.

People that are into the tactical training often times differentiate themselves from other martial artists with strategies and tactics. But once again these thoughts are just another way of saying principals and concepts. People often times think and talk way too much and get lost in theory.

The way I set the foundation for realistic training is simple. One word, failure.
If what you do is based on success then maybe your expectations are too high, your living in a fantasy world, reality will come knocking on your door with a sledge hammer.

But if what your doing is based on the cold hard lessons of failure then your much more grounded to reality.

How do you know if your based on success or failure?

Often times technique training relies on success. Do you learn a lot of techniques? Do you practice tons of techniques? Do you have tons of options in your arsenal? Do you do a lot of demonstration type practice, where one person freezes for the other to execute the technique? Often times this kind of training also looks really cool because basically it's choreography.

Now on the other hand, training based on failure is much more rudimentary. You may not be able to finish the fight, so you gotta prepare for a battle of attrition, let's start with cardio conditioning. You may miss so let's work on combos over and over. Like it or not, you may end up on the ground so let's start wrestling. There is going to be more live training such as sparring, working focus mitts, shadowboxing, and really working on the application of technique, making it work against a resisting opponent, an opponent who has caught on to the move, rather than accumulating tons of technique.

So this is another reason why I developed Knifeboxing. And I hope you can see that Knifeboxing is not just holding a knife and pretending to be a boxer.

All this being said, I'm not here to bash any style or anyone. Technique training is 100% necessary. We did it in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, when I trained in Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai, Savate, Judo.

I bring this subject up so you know why I do things the way I do.
I like the simplicity of Knifeboxing because remember a good way to show someone nothing is to show them everything.

Tanto Karambit Folding Knife

ケルベロス

K4S brand original knife design by Wampire

When closed this knife is an Impact Kerambit Tool ideal for self-defense.

***CONCEPT***
This knife is based from the 1918 trench knife, which is a dagger with a skull crusher and brass knuckles. The trench knife is totally offensive made for combat. I basically thought to myself, if I made everything as legal as possible what would the knife look like?
Smaller folding knife instead of a large fixed knife, Tanto blade instead of dagger, Impact Kerambit instead of brass knuckles, pointy areas instead of a skull crusher.
So instead of blood & guts combat, this is designed for protection in a modern urban setting.

***BLADE***
I know what your thinking, a Kerambit should have a curved hawk's bill blade.
The handle is totally straight because a straight handle provides the most number of grip options, that's important to me because I believe that in a crisis situation sometimes you just have to grab the knife and use it in whatever grip you end up with and pray that your knife works well that way.
The tanto shaped blade was chosen over the hawk's bill blade because it has a stronger tip and hey it can be used to pierce armor. But seriously the tanto is just a good blade shape for many types of fighting tactics.
The point is closer to the spine of the blade so you can even do a backhand attack with the spine.

***HANDLE***
The Karambit ring hole can be used as a hex wrench, imo the hex hole provides more control than a circle hole when spinning the knife.

A "three in one" multi-tool.
1) Folding Knife
2) Impact Kerambit
3) Hex Wrench

SPECS
-Tanto shaped blade
-Karambit ring
-Lock back
-No pins, all screws, taking apart friendly
-Thorn for ambidextrous thumb opening
-Ricasso claw (aggressive finger guard)
-Lanyard hole and secondary lanyard hole
-Aggressive jimping on spine of blade
-Hex wrench
-Glass breaker on head of handle
-Glass breaker on the Karambit ring
-Chisel grind
-Pocket clip (not shown)
-Self-defense pocket stick with 3 points of striking
-Impact Karambit tool when closed

***USAGE***
1) In the closed position this knife is an impact Karambit tool that is basically a pocket stick on steroids.
2) In the open position this knife is very versatile in grip and cutting choirs suitable for EDC and self-defense.

Tanto + Kerambit = Good for EDC & self-defense

Knife T-shirts

The pics for my knife t-shirts.
The basic concept was to design a knife t-shirt.
Because I love knives and I just haven't seen a whole lot of knife tees for some reason.

Both tee shirts present a type of Kerambit knife which is widely popular in martial arts circles. The knife is centered on the tee like a neck tie that can look good even when some kind of jacket is worn.

Valmont Tee is a Vampire inspired t-shirt.
Featuring a tribal rose background,
Inside the handle ring is an amethyst gem like color.

Platinum Tee is a hip hop bling-bling style shirt.
The Kerambit word is presented across the shirt in a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu kimono gi style.
The platinum color knife features a sapphire like sparkle inside the handle ring.

K4S Book

Knife 4 Street Book
available from Cafepress!

This book is part 1 of the Knife 4 Street series and it focuses on our knife combat curriculum.
Over 50 pages in wire-o binding so that you can leave it open on a particular page as you train.

This book covers street knife combat, Knifeboxing, stick fighting relevance, Kerambit truths, grappling with the knife and more! Contains lots of pictures.

I published this book back in 2007 because I found my knife combat system to be extremely beneficial and know that it would serve the public.

I created this style because I had a dangerous job and I lived in a bad neighborhood. This style was born of necessity.

For 2008 I revised the book because through my teaching experience I was able to make a much nicer and clear package.

And now for 2010 I completely rewrote the book, just focusing on one thing.
Presenting to you a blue print on knife combat.

I'm not trying to cover everything or sound cool. I tell it like it is. No nonsense, no bull crap.
These are my personal tried and tested methods, valuable findings through my own experience that I've developed through hard work. Your getting it from the source.

Thank you for your interest and I hope this book serves you well

Custom Knife

-Thorn
-Pain Wrench
-Choil Guard
-Two Position Lock

The thorn is used to open the knife with either thumb.
When the knife is closed, the thorn can also be used to scratch, scrape, and strike targets.

The curve indent area on the spine of the blade is called a Pain Wrench and it is used for martial arts techniques such as trapping, parrying, inflicting pain and joint locks.

The finger choil becomes a choil guard for safe closing of the blade.

The idea is for the knife to have 2 locks providing 2 locking positions. The 1st one would be a C shaped liner lock that will prevent the blade from moving up or down. The 2nd lock would be a lockback.

The 1st locking position will be at a 45o angle making a pistol grip.
This will allow the blade to deploy slightly faster than normal, because of the shorter distance the blade needs to travel to lock.

Sketch of the knife

This is a knife I designed, inspired by the numerous tactical folding knives that I have studied.
